Self Esteem

Therapy focused on self-esteem addresses your inner critic - those negative beliefs and feelings that sneak in at home or work.  Figuring out who you are and who you want to be is a large part of our life.  We will explore self-doubt, improving your self-confidence and practice how to be compassionate to yourself.  Together we will discover the roots of those self-beliefs and then rebuild your self-confidence leaving you feeling secure in your worth.

Anxiety / Stress

Anxiety can show up as irritability, difficulty focusing, trouble falling asleep, body aches, panic episodes and more.  You may feel like there are too many "what its" to count.  Anxiety can show up in our thoughts, bodies, and behaviors.  We will explore what anxiety looks like for you in each of these areas, and then identify ways you can feel supported by utilizing healthy coping skills to erase the hold anxiety has on you.

Life Transitions

Change is hard.  Life transitions can be difficult when they are expected, and even more so when they are not.  They can throw a wrench in what used to feel like a clearcut path in life and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.  Whether you're struggling with shifting roles and responsibilities at work, trying to balance being a new parent, or have been hit with a major unexpected life change, you are probably feeling confused, unsure and lost.  Together, we will help you feel more equipped to handle life's ups and downs.
