Uncover and clarify your goals.

In each session, my goal is to pinpoint and enhance the key areas you're looking to develop or refine. Occasionally, these priorities aren't immediately apparent.  Through questions and attentive listening, we navigate your experiences to reveal insights that may lie just beneath the surface. Utilizing mind-mapping or a brain dump as a powerful technique, we facilitate clarity by externalizing and organizing the intricate layers of your thoughts, especially when your mind feels overwhelmed. Translating them onto a canvas unveils what might otherwise remain unseen, providing invaluable visibility into your inner landscape.

Anticipate obstacles and create a strategy.

Anticipating the practical hurdles that often arise when striving for positive life changes is key. By preemptively considering and integrating these challenges into your plans, their impact is mitigated. Unforeseen obstacles can significantly undermine our confidence and progress. Therefore, by proactively incorporating these challenges into our strategy, we empower ourselves to navigate them effectively. This approach enables us to craft robust strategies that account for potential roadblocks, ultimately bolstering our resilience and enhancing our chances of success.

Draft a plan for action.

As all progress stems from action, we prioritize drafting a comprehensive action plan. Set accountability check-in's.

Occasionally, despite our best intentions, tasks remain unfinished, or a rough day dampens our spirits. It's natural; everyone encounters setbacks. Acknowledging these moments as part of the human journey is crucial. Integrating regular check-in times throughout the week, focused on compassionate quality improvement, allows for reflection on your emotional state and facilitates open discussion. Sometimes, a minor adjustment to your plan is all it takes to maintain momentum. Whether through a brief phone call or a simple text message, these check-ins serve as vital tools for realignment, ensuring your focus remains steadfast on your goals.

ADHD Strategy Assessment

An ADHD Strategy Assessment serves as an initial consultation.

 

We'll start by addressing the areas where you experience the most stress, adapting our strategies to meet any challenges you may be facing.

This assessment will illuminate areas of opportunity and identify potential gaps in your current approach to your daily life. 

 

Through an exploration of your goals and objectives, we will collaboratively craft a comprehensive action plan tailored to your needs.  Armed with this insight, we will begin to develop strategies aimed at minimizing stress, confusion, frustration and empower you to navigate towards success with clarity and confidence.

ADHD-Focused Therapy

I'll assist you in mastering time-management, prioritization, planning, and organization techniques, expanding your repertoire for self-regulation and creative problem-solving.

 

Whether you're navigating emotional struggles, relationships, or mood regulation, my aim is to provide holistic support. 

 

My primary goal is to empower you to recognize and amplify your inherent abilities and strengths. By doing so, you will become better equipped to navigate obstacles and make confident decisions. I help transform feelings of overwhelm and inconsistency into structured strategies tailored to your unique journey.

 

You will acquire skills to:

  • navigate life stressors effectively.

  • Cultivate and bolster self-esteem.

  • Develop coping mechanisms tailored to ADHD challenges.

Cost: $160  / 50-minute session and email & text communication throughout the week. You must complete a ADHD Strategy Assessment prior to beginning ADHD-Focused Therapy.

Virtual ADHD
Co-Working Session

Are you struggling to stay on track with your goals and feeling overwhelmed by daily stress?  My virtual sessions are thoughtfully crafted to provide structured timeframes, regular accountability checks, and a supportive cmmunity.  This unique setup is beneficial for those who are looking to improve their focus, time management and reduce feelings of isolation.  

​

Each session follows a structured format utilizing the Pomodoro technique: we set specific work goals for each 25-minute Pomodoro interval, followed by brief progress discussions bef ore moving onto the next session.

 

Examples of what you can work on include: school assignments, business tasks, weekly planning, addressing overdue tasks like email responses, decluttering work spaces, etc. 

​

Cost: $60  / 90-minute session.

 

You must complete a ADHD Strategy Assessment prior to beginning ADHD-Focused Therapy.

​

Session is limited to 6 participants each week.  This offering is currently not available.
