Session 1: Clinical Interview

Explore your reasons for seeking an evaluation
Review personal, educational, medical, and mental health history
Discuss childhood functioning and developmental background
Identify current strengths and challenges
Self-report assessment tools assigned for next session

Session 2: Structured Diagnostic Interview

Review assessment results together
Complete a validated ADHD diagnostic interview (childhood + adult symptoms)
Screen for co-occurring conditions (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.)

Session 3: Feedback & Recommendations

Receive a personalized written report with:

Formal diagnosis (if applicable)
Strengths-and-needs profile
Recommendations for treatment, coaching, or accommodations
Referrals and resources tailored to your goals
