Lori Field, LCSW
Many adults live for years with undiagnosed ADHD, often blaming themselves for being “lazy,” “unmotivated,” or “inconsistent.”

The reality is—your brain may simply work differently.

An ADHD evaluation can offer more than a diagnosis. It can provide clarity, direction, and a personalized plan that helps you work with your brain instead of constantly feeling like you’re working against it.

I offer a comprehensive, multi-step evaluation designed specifically for adults (ages 18+) who are exploring whether ADHD may be contributing to challenges with focus, time management, emotional regulation, or follow-through.

The process is structured, streamlined, and collaborative—giving you meaningful insight without feeling overwhelming. Everything is clearly outlined from the start, with no hidden costs.

You’ll come away with a clear understanding of the why behind your experiences—and what to do next.
What the Evaluation Includes
Session 1
Clinical Interview
We begin with a comprehensive conversation to understand your story and what brings you in.

During this session, we will:
-
Explore your reasons for seeking an evaluation
-
Review your personal, educational, and mental health history
-
Discuss both childhood patterns and current challenges
-
Identify key areas of concern related to focus, organization, and daily functioning

You’ll also complete brief self-report assessment tools to provide additional insight before our next session.
Session 2
Diagnostic Interview
This session focuses on gaining clarity and identifying patterns.

We will:
-
Review your assessment results together
-
Complete a structured ADHD diagnostic interview (including both childhood and adult symptoms)
-
Screen for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, or burnout

This step helps ensure we are looking at the full picture—not just symptoms in isolation.
Session 3
Feedback & Recommendations
This is where everything comes together.

You will receive:
-
A personalized written report summarizing findings
-
Clear feedback regarding diagnosis (if applicable)
-
Insight into your strengths and how your brain works
-
Practical, real-world recommendations for next steps

This may include guidance around therapy, coaching, workplace or academic accommodations, or additional supports.
