ADHD Evaluation

Clarity. Understanding.

A Plan That Works for your Brain

Many adults live for years with undiagnosed ADHD, often blaming themselves for being “lazy,” “unmotivated,” or “inconsistent.” The truth is—your brain may simply work differently.

An ADHD evaluation can offer more than a diagnosis. It can provide answers, direction, and a personalized plan that helps you work with your brain, not against it.

I offer a comprehensive, three-session evaluation designed specifically for adults (ages 18 and up) who are exploring whether ADHD may be contributing to challenges with focus, time management, emotional regulation, or follow-through.

The process is structured, collaborative, and supportive, helping you understand the why behind your experiences—and what to do next.

What the Evaluation Includes

Clinical Interview

  • Explore your reasons for seeking an evaluation

  • Review personal, educational, and mental health history

  • Discuss childhood functioning and current challenges

  • Complete self-report assessment tools for next session

Session 2

Diagnostic Interview

  • Review assessment results together

  • Complete a structured ADHD interview (childhood + adult symptoms)

  • Screen for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety or depression
