ADHD Evaluation
If you’ve spent years wondering why things feel harder for you than for others—why you miss deadlines, struggle to focus, or feel overwhelmed by “simple” tasks—you’re not alone. Many adults live for years with undiagnosed ADHD, often misattributing their challenges to anxiety, laziness, or burnout.

An ADHD evaluation can offer more than a diagnosis—it can offer answers, direction, and a plan that works with your brain, not against it.
Clarity. Understanding. A plan that works for your brain.
I offer a comprehensive, three-session assessment designed specifically for adults (ages 18 and up) who are exploring whether ADHD may be contributing to their struggles with focus, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through. It’s a structured, yet collaborative process that helps you understand the why behind your experiences—and what to do next.

Session 1: Clinical Interview
In our first session, we’ll explore:
-
Your reason for seeking an evaluation
-
Personal, educational, medical, and mental health history
-
Childhood functioning and developmental background
-
Current strengths and challenges in daily life
You’ll also receive a set of evidence-based self-report tools to complete before our next session.

Session 2: Structured Diagnostic Interview
We’ll review your assessments together and complete a validated diagnostic interview that compares childhood and adult symptoms. We’ll also screen for common co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma that may mimic or overlap with ADHD.

Session 3: Feedback & Recommendations
You’ll receive a clear, personalized report that includes:
-
A formal diagnosis (if applicable)
-
A detailed strengths-and-needs profile
-
Recommendations for treatment, medication referrals, coaching, or accommodations
-
Resources tailored to your unique brain and goals.
