Lori Field, LCSW

Hi, I'm Lori.

I help adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges create more sustainable ways of managing work, home, relationships, and everyday life.

I also support parents of neurodivergent children as they navigate school systems, access resources, understand evaluations, and build strategies that help their families thrive.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) based in Pittsford, NY and serving clients throughout New York State.

My approach combines emotional insight with practical problem-solving. Together, we'll reduce overwhelm, understand how your brain works, and create systems that fit your real life.

Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
Many of the adults I work with are bright, capable, and hardworking—but feel like they're constantly falling behind.

They may struggle with organization, time management, procrastination, task initiation, follow-through, emotional regulation, or ADHD burnout. Some have a formal ADHD diagnosis; others are only beginning to recognize how ADHD may be affecting their daily lives.

Together, we'll build practical systems that reduce overwhelm, strengthen executive functioning, and help you feel more confident and in control of your work, home, and personal responsibilities.
