$150 / 50-minute session.

Support for anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, executive functioning challenges, and related stressors such as overwhelm, disorganization, or emotional regulation.

Adult ADHD Evaluation (18+)

$900

A comprehensive, multi-session evaluation that includes clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and a detailed written report with recommendations.​

Couples / Family Therapy

$165/ 50-minute session.

Therapy for two or more family members.  These sessions focus on communication, understanding ADHD within relationships, and building systems that work for everyone in the home.​​

Parent Coaching

$150/ 50-minute session.  

Designed for parents raising a child with ADHD.  Sessions provide education, structure planning, and real-world strategies to make home life more manageable and supportive.​​
