Individual Therapy Session

$125 per 50-minute session

ADHD Strategy Assessment

$200 for a 75-minute initial consultation

ADHD-Focused Therapy

$160 per 50-minute session + weekly email / text exchange. You must complete a ADHD strategy assessment prior to beginning ADHD-Focused Therapy.

Couples / Family Therapy

$135 per 50-minute session.

Parent Coaching

$200 for a 75-minute initial consultation (fee is included in your first month of services if you choose to move forward).

Services include weekly 50-minute sessions (virtual or in-person), and continuous email / text and frequent phone calls to check in.

Pricing ranges from $5,000 - $15,000 per month.

Payment is required at the time of service. Please note I accept cash, check and venmo. I do not accept credit card payments.

Do you accept clients who live outside of New York State?

As a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am only permitted to serve New York State residents.
Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance, however many of my clients are successful in getting their services covered by major plans. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part if you have out of network benefits. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services. I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental-health benefits? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? What amount will you reimburse me for each session (e.g. 70%, 80%) Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Do I need prior authorization for mental health services?
What is your cancellation policy?

You must notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
How will I be billed?

You will be billed at the time of service. I accept cash, check or venmo. Please note I do not accept credit cards. I am happy to provide you with a superbill at the end of each month to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part if you have out of network benefits. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services.
Do you diagnose patients?

Field Connection does not diagnose patients. Always check with your physician before making medical decisions.
Will everything I share in therapy remain confidential?

As your trusted therapist, our conversations are confidential unless someone's life or safety is in danger, or you specifically request that I share your information with someone else.
How do I get started?

Schedule a free 15-minute complementary phone consultation with me. I'll explain my services and answer any questions you may have. If you and I agree that we are a good fit, we will schedule an initial intake appointment.
