Middle School Parent Check-In System | ADHD & Executive Function Support

$12.00Price

Stay informed without becoming the system your middle schooler depends on.

The Middle School Parent Check-In System is a printable 5-page system designed to help parents stay connected to what’s happening at school and at home—while supporting their child’s growing independence.

Middle school asks kids to manage more: assignments, tests, activities, schedule changes, materials, deadlines, and responsibilities. But executive functioning skills are still developing, and handing over everything at once doesn't always work.

This system gives you a simple structure for figuring out what needs attention, what the week is actually holding, and where your child still needs support.

It follows three simple anchors:

CHECK • SEE • SUPPORT

CHECK — Find what needs attention by checking the places school information actually lives.

SEE — Put school, activities, logistics, responsibilities, and preparation into the context of the whole week.

SUPPORT — Decide what your child can practice managing and what still needs adult support.

The goal isn't to manage everything for them. It's to know enough to support them—without becoming the system for them.
